looking for a quick cost to add a 12x12 bath on the first floor of my house. Looking to use midrange fixtures inside with a jack jill sink and a decent shower. No bath and lots of closet space. Adding hvac and electrical will be very easy. Plumbing will run outside home and meet main line in front yard. House is on a slab but I plan on making this a crawl because it is cheaper? We need much more info like sliding material. Wall thickness, insulation, where you live, floor and shower wall material. You could gets some pros to give you estimates and then use their paperwork to work backwards to subtract the labor. I think a very rough estimate would be about $15K but I need you to respond to my questions to be more accurate.
