I recently had the coil removed as I am trying for a baby, my last period was December 26th. My period in January was slight if that's what you could call it, a little blood with mucus. I had headaches, tender breast and dizziness. I did a home pregnancy test which came back negative. I went to my GP explaining my symptoms and told her before I done one of their tests I would wait for my period in February which was the same, but the tender breasts are no longer there. I am experiencing at the moment stinging when I wee. I have drank 2 cartons of Cranberry Juice thinking it may be an infection but it has not got any better. I would just like some advice as to whether I could be pregnant before I do another test.
Thank you.

Since you only took the one test, it would be wise to take another to rule out pregnancy. In most cases, if you were pregnant, it would show up by now. I know some women don't get a positive urine test for several weeks into a pregnancy, but the vast majority will soon after a missed, or off, period.
If a pregnancy is still in question after another urine test, you can ask your GP about having a blood test done just to confirm.
The off cycles may have been from a UTI, which don't always show any symptoms at first. Would be a good idea to have that checked as well while you continue with the cranberry juice and plenty of water. They may also be from the recent removal of the coil. Many women don't have any changes in their periods afterwards, but some do and find it takes a few cycles to get back to normal.
