I have a wall mount toilet that we cannot seem to seal so that it won't leak. It leaks at the wall where the seal is. Any suggestions.

Yup! Hey Shellie.

I am assuming you guys already took the toilet off wall and tried a new gasket... yes?

If not, then that is first thing to do. You can use a combination neoprene and wax ring gasket (any home supply store)... or the plain neoprene gasket with adhesive they sell at local plumbing supply house just for this type toilet installation.

Get back to me with all the details you can... have you tried to set toilet? Do you want to try to set yourself? There is a trick or two you need to know so you will not crack that wall hung toilet if you decide to do this yourself... get back to me with answers. Thank you

OK.. got your e-mail

Most home supply stores sell a wax gasket with an inner neoprene core. I think that works great on these.

If you cannot find one then go with the neoprene type by itself... usually sold with an adhesive.. and usually has directions on how to use it right on the box.

You going to do this yourself?
