Can you take the pill (I'm on yasmin) on an empty stomach?

Or will it have side-effects?
e.g vomiting etc

I've taken mine many times on an empty stomach with no side effects... if you have trouble taking pills then you might want to eat or drink something first... even just a few bites of bread or a glass of milk...
