I have been sexually active for a few years now and have tried many different possistions and have been with five different guys.. when I have sex it feels good I just never have an orgasm and I have no idea what I should do to help. Some people say if you touch yourself during sex that will help a lot but that has not done anything for me. Other friends say that if I really care about the guy it will come easy, I am with someone I really care about yet still have not had one. Is there some kind of cream to help get one or any other things I could do to get an orgasm?
