For the past four days it feels like electric shocks on the back or the right side of my head... I have a constant headache there and it hurts to touch.. it feels like something is shocking my head, what could it be...

I would suggest you see your doctor as this has gone on too long. It could be nothing, it could be something serious. Only your doctor can tell. He may send you for specialized tests or see a neurologist for this.
