Hi, I'm just breaking my head with this one, the movie is about a girl who lives in a building, there she has as neighborhood in the same building an old lady, suddenly some evil elf or gnome start to attack the place creating different worlds in each apartment, also I remember that the old lady have an elve in a form of a toad, and of course she could save the building, but I've lost entirely the title of the movie... Heeeelp! Please!:confused:

Another kind of remember is that almost at the end of the movie, the building was invaded by an enormous plant, but then the little girl could save the day...
