My HOA won't allow me to have a Bathroom vent to the roof because it would voide the warranty of the roof. So my options are to connect a fan to the dryer vent (only vent leading outside) or to put a pipe inside the dryer vent that leads to the outside. Any suggestions?

I'm afraid that connected to the bathroom is (apart from illegal) a fire hazard. I'm also afraid that putting a pipe inside the pipe will lose flow volume from the dryer.

Can you go out the soffet?

So my options are to connect a fan to the dryer vent

DO NOT DO the above. Bad news.

As keepitsimplestupid said take it to the soffet. The soffet has vent holes in it so place it on the on of the vent holes and anchor in place so it does not move.

Hvac100:

That's a neat trick.

My father used a dryer vent installed the wrong way and didn't use a check valve. It's works, but the check valve is needed.

Installing a Bathroom Exhaust Fan (http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=howTo&p=Improve/installbathfan.html#6)

Find Soffit Exhaust Vent White and other Bath Ventilation at Aubuchon Hardware (http://heating-and-cooling.hardwarestore.com/92-586-bath-fans/soffit-exhaust-vent-white--656009.aspx?CAWELAID=42550310)

I think the real soffet vent would deal possible moisture problems a little better.

My condo is in Arizona. I don't have Soffits because we don't really worry about rain and protection from rain. If I run my bathroom fan on while having the dryer runnnig, will it be OK?

Nope.

The dryer will have a more powerful fan and would just not allow the exhaust from the bath to get outside. When the dryer was running the unburned carbon monoxide would enter the bathroom.

That leaves the wall.

The soffit is a good idea except I can't tamper with my exterior walls in my condo. Only vent accessible is my dryer vent. Should id put a smaller pipe inside my dryer vent that leads to the outside? Any other options for me?

Do not put in dryer vent. That is a direct violation of code. The dryer vent has to be UL-181 approved also. You have asked this question two times and the answer is still NO.

There has to be a way to vent the bathroom with safety. If you cannot find a way call a qualified contractor to do it for you.

Dryer duct has lint fires and cannot be connected to any other duct that is the reason for the NO to the use you are describing.
