I am a 11 year old girl who weighs 145 pounds. My cousin weighs 163. How do lose weight the healthy way?? :confused:

Eat less and move more. Lean meats, fish, fruits and vegetables. Cut back fats, sweets and carbohydrates. Water and fruit juices ; cut back milk and soda. Vigorous cardiovascular exercise, particularly walking and jogging, at least 20 min. a day, 3 days per week.
