I found this site when I was looking for a converter for Wii videos. It's great, just download the PSP converter and you can convert all video formats to PSP format. You can even convert .flv files. Best of all it's free, though they will accept donations.

Also, it should be there since it was there for the Wii converter but there is a screen for you to download YouTube videos and convert them.
