Salt contains iodine. IF and when it doesn't it should state it on the container. ]
Seaweed such as kelp
Beetroot, radish, parsley, potatoes, fish, oatmeal and bananas
Avoid
Cabbage, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, maize, lima beans, soy and canola

Foods like liver, cheese, iodized salt, kelp products, clams, crabs, shellfish are some that are rich in iodine.
