What is the used of DMA led on tellabs 8110 modem if there is alight on that?But on my case there is light on dma led then suddenly back to normal light which is line 1 only and the power led.why is it like that?

After a cursory search, I wasn't able to find a manual on Tellabs' web site (http://www.tellabs.com) or elsewhere online. Your best bet for finding out would seem to be contacting Tellabs.

When PMA is on in red color then local lead issue is suspecting for the telllabs modem

PMA Alarm (Red indication) will glow when line problem is there
DMA Alarm (Red Indication) will glow when modem h/w problem
Hope this information is sufficient for fault finding your modem.

PMA is showing red led and DMA no indication. Line 1 is indicating green. What would be the problem?
