I let this person stay at my house for more than thirty days because he was homeless, know he has become a real problem. The police now tell me I have to evict this guy because he stayed to long(he eats, sleeps and does everything for free). I can not afford 500.00 for eviction notice. Any Ideals??

You should have researched that BEFORE you let him move in. Just like you should have read the instructions BEFORE posting (your post was moved from Fourm Help, had you read the Read Me notice you would have known not to post this question there).

You let him establish residency and now you have to go through an eviction. But where did you get the idea it costs $500?
