I like this boy and I don't know if he likes me he's always looking at me and I don't know should I tell him?

The next time you are around him, start up a conversation. It can be about anything, the weather, whatever is happening where you are, just whatever it takes to get you two talking. Then maybe once you do this a few times and get to know him a little, invite him out with a group of your friends. Just say, "I was going to see a movie (or lunch or whatever) with some people, want to join us?" That way you will be able to get to know him in a group setting so there is less pressure. Then once you know him better, if you think he likes you, just ask him out. Or you could have someone else ask him if he likes anyone.
