I was summoned on 02/04/08 from Citibank credit card regarding a $6,900 charge off debt. I reside in Miami Dade County, Florida. How do I respond to this summons? I am looking for a way to have this dismissed.

Please help me as I only have 5 days remaining.

Why do you want it dismissed?

You need to respond with your Intent to Defend. This doesn't have to specify a reason, you can just say you aren't sure the debt is yours. You then send a copy of your Intent to Defend letter to the plaintiffs asking for verification of the debt and their right to collect it.
