I recently won a judgment in court and I placed a lien on the defendant’s property. I wanted to know even though I have placed a lien could I still get an order from the court to debt the defendants accounts.

Some state the court can aid you in collecting the information by subpeona, where the defendant are back to court to list their assets and accounts.
