Yousendit.com is probably your best bet, but there's always Rapidshare (http://rapidshare.de/) which does much the same thing.
You could always just throw it on your personal web space and send out the URL.

I have found a free file host at www.filelodge.com - they give 500MB free space per person with up to 50MB per file. There is no bandwidth limit, and when you have uploaded a file, they give you the code that you need to access it from a web-page or anywhere else.
