I replaced the furnace filter, put the door back on etc and the furnace didn't kick in once I turned up the heat. The furnace worked just fine before? Is there a manual restart somewhere? I followed the directions turing the gas off and the furnace off and then back on etc, but that didn't work. I did this once before and had to pay a guy to come out and he manually restarted the furnace. I don't want to pay again. Any advice... I am sure its reall simple, I looked for the restart button but I cannot locate it, I think the furance guy said it was located in an obscure spot? I don't know?:D

Sounds like it could be the theromcouple.

I just had that problem not long ago myself.

If you don't know much about furnaces, you really should call someone who does.

There are many hazards involved with gas appliances so be careful.

Upon thinking about it, maybe I did not wait long enough for the furnace to kick in? The same thing happened last time I changed the filter. I will try once more and if not call a guy to come look at it. Thanks. :D
