I recently have been having a lot of trouble with my computer constantly crashing and freezing up on me. I was told by AOL to use the AOL 1 Click Fixes but I have no clue how to get it to work. I use windows XP. It's getting very frustrating trying to go on the web with AOL when it constantly freezes or crashes and then I have to sign out of AOl or restart my computer in order to go on the web. Can anyone steer me I the right direction on how to fix all this crashing and freezing on my computer.
Thank-You so much for your time.

I needed one click fix to, now that I know I can't have it with vista, that all the more reason to hate this f------ windows vista, and after 10 years with AOL I'm getting pretty disgusted with the crashes, it might be time to move on to another carrier, as soon as I buy a new computer, one click fixes is the best thing AOL has had, and that's all they have

Why have you taken one click fix off.

The reason why AOL has taken ONE CLICK FIX off is simply they are running an advert saying you can download a programe that will fix your problems but at a price, youhave to pay for it,where as ONE CLICK FIX is for free. Its time to move on? >>>>

This comment could have been mine - all the way. From the years with AOL
To the windows Vista. I bought the Windows 8 program, disk, but have been
Looking at it and have talked with others - I don't know - I might keep my
Vista. The AOL program is always messing up, but I have an e-mail address
That I have had for 15 years and just can't give up.
If you find out how to fix AOL's connectivity, please tell me. I just don't have
Time (hours) to deal with techs on-line.
I installed Google Chrome and get my AOL on that program and it works
Pretty well. The configuration is different but I get my "preferences" etc.
Transferred.
Good Luck
