We were late on a payment and the received a check for the total amount of the mortgage payment. When we called the ank to verify why they had sent us a check the young lady said that it was an escrow check. We asked to speak to a supervisor to be certyain and she confirmed the same thing. Therefore we spent the money on other bills that we had. The following month the payment was submitted on time and a few weeks later we received another check for the same amount of the mortgage we called the bank again and they stated once again that it was escrow. At this point we were not sure and saved the money. When we tried to make the next payment the computer kept booting us out and we called customer service to see why and make the payment in that format. The customer service rep. stated that we owed two previous months of mortgage and that they did not take partial payments, therefore either we paid the amount in full or the account was going to go in to collections. I am about to lose everything. HEEEELLLLPPPP:( :( :(

If you're with countrywide, they're usually good to their customers, I'd try again and speak to someone differently who can actually help you. Sounds like a misunderstanding.
