I met my wife four years ago, we were both married to other people, we moved into an apt together for two years. My ex bought me out of our house, I used that money for a down payment on another house, the house is only in my name, my wife came into some money and spent $40.000 on a pool. We were officially married Dec 24th 2007, she cheated on me with her ex, she then came back home to work on our marriage, two nights ago she left me for her ex this time for good. Since our marriage was so short will I have to give up part of the house and the pool.
