Furnace clicks on from tstat but blower will not come on even if tstat turned to on. Can't find problem

Blower motor relay

Motor itself

Motor capacitor


What is the brand and model of furnace

It is a tempstar model number nugm050efa1 about 8 years old. How do I check out these things

You will need a electric test meter and know how to use it.
Next you will need to find the electrical wiring diagram (hint) It is usually on the inside of the blower door or somewhere on the furnace.

Follow the electric control circuit 24 Volts and look to see if any devices are not working,

Next follow the 120 volt circuits and see if any are not working or are open.

.On the control board (down on the blower), you will see a fan-relay which is one of two square-ish plastic devices usually the largest of the things mounted on the control board. One of these is probably not working due to loose connections (solder) or maybe just burned out. If you follow the wires from the blower motor... red, blue, yellow, black, white etc, then one, usually the red or blue will plug onto the board at a terminal marked (heat) or (H). Remove the wire, and check for 120 v at that terminal when you hear the click you referred to. Also, you should get the blower to start up when you turn the thermostat to (Fan on), which energizes the green thermostat wire on the board, and starts the fan
