I am trying to locate a lady who was born in Costa Rica but adopted by parents who were Natural Born US Citizens. The adoption took place in Panama where her father was stationed with the US Army.

I have the ladies adopted name and she mas born in 1951. Not sure at what age adopted. Her son and daughter are trying to locate her but do not know her current married name.

The lady has a sister about the same age who was also adopted by the same folks.

Thanks for any help.

Hire a private investigator - a name search of the first name will very probably turn up the second, as well as the address and any other info ever filed. Adoption records are usually sealed but you don't need them because you already have her adopted name.

(Not a good idea to post your phone number.)
