My husband is on surpervised probation does he have to keep a job and pay child support?? He has never paid me support and it's been 2 years, I don't have any papers but do keep my son. This Christmas he took my son but did not bring him back I had to go and file with the judge to get him back... which I did. I also want to mention I was abused by him for 6 years. What kind of rights do I have.. He has a past criminal record with time spent in prison for stabbing a man almost to death, but only spent 2 years in jail.. what kind of rights does he have can he take my son? As far as custody??
