Im going to see my boyfriend in ny feb. 18th I'm due for my period that day and my period is the last thing I want! Well.. I was wondering if I start birth control now will it change my period by then? Or what can or should I do? Please help. Thanks so much!:)

What kind of birth control are you on now?

Well I'm not exactly sure yet. My doctor wrote me prescription for a pill I take every day and it would only give me four periods a year. Well I haven't started taking it yet.. but I'm wondering if I do if my period will change this month or in a few. I just want to delay my period this month without using something really expensive

Ah, Seasonale (that's what they call that pill where I live). These are actually questions you will have to discuss with your doctor, as that pill works slightly differently on every woman for the first few months.
