What program are you using?

EDIT: I missed the title about Gmail. I don't know about GMail.

As fas as I know, I don't think you can do that. At least I can't do that.

Have you try to look gmail help... I guess they have the answer there...

There is option to leave voice message, you should try using orkut.com, u will get some info in there.
