Hi I am an international student in my OPT period. I work in California(san diego). I have received
--> 1099 Misc - NonEmployment Compensation - $4200
--> 1099 INT - Tax Income - $35
--> W2 - Wages - $6800

I don't know what are the forms for FEDERAL and STATE tax that I am supposed to file in this case as an international student. I am planning to file my own tax... your help my case will be very very helpful :-)

Thank you for the support

You will file nonresident tax return form 1040NR. What is your citizenship?
For 1099-misc income you will file schedule C.
You will also file state tax return.

For filing you can take help of AtlantaTaxExpert at [email protected].
