:( I want to loss my belly fat
Is it possible to loss it by June by doing just sit-up and drinking lots of water and eating just yogurt, fruit, or vegetables?

You have to have protein too.
Eat baked potatoes and bananas for potassium
Eggs for choline and other vitamins and minerals
Eat fiber (whole grain, whole wheat)
Potatoes are not fattening it is all the toppings.
You are better off cutting out all junk food and fast food and eating healthy and well balanced nutrition.

I agree with that. A balanced diet is very important. As a matter of fact, don't even think of it as a diet. Think of it as a lifestyle change to make yourself healthier. A nutritionist or a doctor might also be able to help you set up an eating plan that will help you lose weight and still get all the nutrition you need. It's always good to check with the doctor before starting a weight loss program.
Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and getting exercise. Little things add up when it comes to exercise too. Add an extra walk around the block to your schedule. Park as far away in the parking lot as possible. Stuff like that.
Sit ups are a great way to build muscle (just make sure you do them right, I had a really bad experience with a sore back from doing them wrong). It's also good to work in some cardio exercise, like walking, jogging, swimming, aerobics and stuff like that. See if you can find a workout buddy to exercise with, that always helps me stick to a program.

Losing 30 to 40 pounds by June is possible but you need to add more to your exercise rather then just site ups. Try speed walking, swimming and bike riding. These are the top ways to loss weight fast. Plus you need to place a balance diet to your work out. Drink allot of water before and during work outs. Try to stay away from fatty foods and salts. I know a lot of people hate on the Atkins diet, but I had awesome results on it. I started dieting in February of last year and doing crunches every night, and by June I had lost 30 lbs and was wearing belly shirts...... and looking good. I looked better than I did in high school. My stomach had always been pudgy at best. It was absolutely amazing, and wasn't even that hard. I was the healthiest I had ever been. And the results lasted. I followed the diet pretty strictly, but I was still eating cheesesteaks and going out drinking... you just got to know what to avoid. Like replacing chips with celery, taco salad instead of a taco... it makes sense. Check out the website (adkins.com)... it worked for me.
