My ex and I split in Aug of this year 2007, now 2008 but a week after we split she had cheated on me and now plans on moving to Florida with our son. IM not having this non sense. How easy is it for year to go to another country. After knowing a 39 year old man for a couple months they are getting married she is 25. Will it be easy for her to leave with my son

What type of child custody agreement is in place. In the US, it is possible to get the court to order that they can not move out of an area that allows you to visit. Normally they will look at how much child support has been paid, and how many visits are being done.

But if there is no child custody agreement in place stoping the moe, there is no reason they can not move real easy.

Right now there is a temporary order, that she has custody until trial. Also I used to see my son 5-6-7 times a week and when she met this other man she denied me all access. I had to get a order just to see my son. I only get him wed for 3.5 hours and every other weekend. Im seeking that the court not allow my son to move.

And I would now make a motion for an immediate hearing - it's easier to stop her BEFORE she goes than try to bring her back AFTER she goes.

She can cross and say she's going on vacation - and then whether she comes back is another matter entirely.
