Hello Tax Experts,
I am one among the person who is struck, confused and seeking help.
Basically I came here on July 8, 2007 from India on H1B Visa and I am still here in US. I got my W-2 and I am confused which form do I need to file the tax, whether its 1040 or 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ. Different people give different approach, can anybody please guide me.

1. Which form should I file?
2. Can I file e-file or do I need to file physically.
3. If I file one form, and during 2008, if I get married or stay entire days in 2008, can I file a different form.
4. When I tried in one of free website turbotax.com, it should be an amount that will be refunded, will the same amount reflect if I used some other forms.
5. What are supporting document do I need submit.

If you can answer my questions, it would be great helpful for me.

Thanks
With Regards

1) File Form 1040NR to claim moving expenses.

2) No; it must be mailed.

3) If you marry a U.S. citizen or resident alien, you will file jointly, filing Form 1040, 1040A or 1040EZ.

4) No, because you CANNOT claim the standard deduction.

5) W-2, receipts from move.
