We are purchasing a new home and the one problem we have noticed is that the water pressure is low. There is a new pump in the house and the previous owners claim that they have never run the well dry. Any advice on diagnosing this problem?

Step 1: Find the pressure gauge (probably near the pressure tank) and tell us what it reads.
