What age are you? If you are going through a growth spurt it might just be what your body needs. You say you can't stop eating, what are you eating and when?

You didn't say what age you were, it's important because if you're young it's not such a big deal. Are you putting on weight?

I am thinking it could be a couple of things. I don't know if you are female, but if you are, you could be PMS'ing and craving salty things. Or.. you could be diabetic. If you are really worried about it, it wouldn't hurt to be checked out by a dr.

Honey, 120 is a healthy weight for a girl your age. How tall are you? If you feel hungry, then eat. If you're worried about what you're eating, go to a nutritionist or write down what you eat for a couple days and ask the doctor to go over it with you. Talking to a doctor or nutritionist can help you make sure that you are getting enough nutrients and vitamins.

Sodas and sugary stuff are what they call "empty calories". They fill you up for the moment, but they don't have vitamins, fiber, protein, etc. and your body needs that stuff, so then you start feeling hungry again.

You could still be hitting a growth spurt. I grew three inches when I was 19! I think talking to a doctor or nurse about what you eat and when might help you feel better. Like I said, 120 seems a pretty healthy weight for a girl your age; I don't think you should be worried about losing weight.

Hope this helps!

It could be boredom, I know myself, but I'm bored, I tend to reach for some chips or something (because its quick and easy). To stop this, keep yourself busy, like reading or something (what ever you like). As far as drinks go, keep a bottle of water, not a flavoured water, just plain water with you. Might help =)

Has any one said you eat heaps?
Did you get offended?
I tend to eat heaps when I'm bored!
BorEd all the time?
You should keep yourself more occupied.
And hey try replacing food with water because sometimes you mistake yourslf for being hungry when really you might be de-hydrated?
It might help... well it helps me
Good luck!
