My hair is too soft and I like it short but it just goes straight up and looks weird. Also it turns to the left on top and goes back on the sides. I would like it to stay down and face down. I think it effects my hairline. I don't know what to do. Should I keep it short... Any advice. Is there a way to make my hairline more neat.

It sounds like you have cowlicks that affect how your hair lies. Visit a good barber or hairdresser to find out the best style for you.

Let's use real grammar and spelling and punctuation please, and not texting.

Cowlicks got their name from folklore that a cow licked a kid's head and caused the hair to curve around from one spot.

From a beauty site --

"Cowlicks occur when hair forms a pivot that distributes the hair from a specific point around in all different directions.

On some heads the hair recedes at the temple hairline causing a type of erratic hair pattern.

Cowlicks are most often found in the crown area but they may also be found along the front of the hairline around the face and the nape areas.

Most people are born with their cowlicks."
