I have a pain on the outside of my right foot. It hurts about halfway between my toes and heel on the right side of my foot. It usually doesn't hurt when sitting or not putting pressure on it but hurts a lot when I walk or put pressure on it. Anyone know what this could be from? Starting hurting about 4 days ago.

You could have pulled a muscle in your foot from activities or footwear... or have a small crack in a foot bone.

Why not go to a podiatrist for an exam?
