I have natural dark brown hair, for the last year I have had blonde highlights with a lighter shade of brown throughout,last week I had it redone,they bleached it completely leaving it really light ash almost grey,I went back and asked them to put a warm tone through or darken it to 'dark brown',I left the salon with RED and GINGER hair,I was so upset and went to another salon who coloured it 'dark brown' to cover the horrid red but its 'jet black' now,I hate it and my hair feels very dry how can I fade it and how long will it take? what is the best treatment for dry hair? PLEASE HELP!!
