Hi, Recently me and my boyfriend has left to go out of town around christmas for two weks.and while he was gone my cylce came on and within a matter of days it stopped. When he came home( dec. 29) I was off my period for about 3 days. Now I am wondering could I be pregnant. I mesn I have had diarrhea at least 3 times a day for almost a 3 days now. I have a mild headsches in da past. I have been craving foods at 12 in morning such as ice cream and it has been at least 30 degrees here. I've neen sleeping until 12 or later. I have had dreams of a child and so have he. At times I als feel weak. Can someone help me? I took a home test but I think I took it to early.

Generally if avg cycle length is 28 then from 11th day (take 1st day as your first period day) from 18th day you will be fertitle... so check if you did sex on that day... if yes... then per the date you have given (29th Dec.. 3 day off your period) you can do Home Pregnancy test and that should give you proper result...
The symptoms you told , just let you know that for every woman smyptoms are almost unique...

Thanks, but unforuntaly I am confused about what your telling me to do. Hopefully if I tell you the dates maybe you can let me further know the information. I started my cylce on the 22 of dec. it stopped on the 26. We met up on the 29 and we had sex that night/early morning. Also. I am pretty sure that we had sex 4 new yrs and days after that also

Well... now if your cycle length is 28 then you will be fertile from 1st Jan to 7th Jan...
As per your date you may be pregnant... but again important is what is your cycle length & were you ovaluting during that time or not ......

So I would suggest do home pregnancy test once and check first... if u get negative then wait another 5 days and check again... still if u did not get your period then consult with your doctor...

This is how it works...

If you have a 28 day cycle, and I say IF because not every woman does, then you are most likely to ovulate (which means you release an egg and are most likely to get pregnant) about 12 - 16 days after the day you start your period.

So, as an example... If you start your period on January 1, AND you have a 28 day cycle, then most likely you will ovulate on January 13, 14, 15, 16 or 17.

Now, not every woman ovulates 12 - 16 days after they start their period.

So, you started on 12/22. This means, IF you have a 28 day cycle, you ovulated between January 3 and January 7.

Once an egg is released from our ovaries it is only viable for conception for up to 24 - 36 hours.

Since you had intercourse so close to your possible ovulation dates, again if you are on a 28 day cycle, it is very possible that you are pregnant.
