I'm trying to understand my quote. The plumbing company quoted me 450.00 per drop. What is considered a drop?

A drop is usually considered a water pipe dropped down to a sink. This would suggest that two drops down to a sink (hot and cold pipe) equals $900.00... two drops down to the shower/tub (hot and cold pipe) equals $900.00... and 1 drop down to the toilet (cold pipe only) equals $450.00. This suggests that from the basement or from the attic, etc. that they will water pipe your bathroom for approximately $2250.00. If you have a kitchen sink... same thing (hot and cold pipe, etc.).

Is $2250.00 a good price for material and labor for a full bathrooom... well, hard to tell without knowing more... Hope this helps some.

BUT my real advice is to be sure what your plumber is really talking about by asking him what his definition of a drop is. Remember if you ever have doubts or questions your local plumbing inspector is glad to help you.
