How long has it been since you have felt no movement? Try drinking a large glass of cold liquid, preferably Orange Juice.

If you are getting cramps, where are they? How long do they last? Can you describe them?

If you are at 34 weeks and having cramps, bleeding or haven't felt movement within the last couple of hours, YOU SHOULD GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM or the OB UNIT where your baby is going to born. It is better to be safe and make sure. The doctors will be able to access the problem. A medical professional needs to asses the problem STAT! ASAP! Please don't wait around thinking this might go away. It is better to be safe, rather than sorry.

Good Luck! God Bless you!
