I need help finding the title to a movie. It was about a factory off in a country town that the government was secretly testing or making a virus. One of the viles broke exposing some of the workers to the virus causing them to go crazy and try to kill the employees not infected. A former employee finds the cure and saves what's left of the plant. This is an older movie. Can anyone help me?

Well, sounds kind of like Resident Evil if you ask me. Although I know it's not.
