I know this may sound slightly gross, but I need some help. I just got off my period 2-3 days ago. Since I stopped bleeding, I have had an extremely light pink and thick discharge. Also, the entire outside of my vagina has been very sore and sensitive, with very visible raw spots everywhere.

There have also been a couple times in the last 3 years when my labia has been very largely swollen. I do not know what it is or what it came from.

Can anyone help me at all?

Sounds like a possible yeast infection to me. You should make a doctor's appointment for a proper diagnosis.
