Hi

I have a Sony Handycam that came with Picture Package Software and imagemixer.

I am now at the stage where I want to write (using back up feature) the video to CD.

I am getting an error that CD failed.

Do I need to convert the file? Or should the Picture Package Software do that for me?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
