If I just received a blessing in a job offer, but it is located in a different state and in order for me to accept it , I have to leave in a matter of two days, how is it possible for me to do it in a timely manner. I just came off intensive proabtion which was completed in good repor. I can't go into the office and do it the legal way due to me scared that he may request an urine sample.

Why are you scared about having an examination of a urine sample performed? Please don't worry about posting here. You are anonymous thus far.

Okay. I can see that you are now offline from this site.
The first thing that I would recommend you do, is to check out the advice given by one of our wise members, excon on the following link concerning the transfer of probation. https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/criminal-law/how-transfer-probation-115783.html
Hopefully, others will be along who can also advise you as to what you can do.

Why not call up and speak to them on the phone first and see what you need to do to accomplish this?

First no, there is no way you would ever get persmission to move out of state in two days, maybe two weeks, but I even doubt two weeks.
They have to process your request and first get your states permission to leave the state, then they send the paper work to the other state and get their permission for you to move there.
Also it is obvoius you are not following the rules, and yes, they will require you to go in and sign the request and vist the PO
So if you are not clean you will have to get clean before you apply
