1.) NaCl (aq) + MnO2 (s) -------->Mn2+ (aq) + Cl2 (g) in H2SO4
This one is not possible. In order for you to end up with h2so4, you have to have s in the beginning of the reaction. It can't just appear.

2.) KCN (aq) + KMno4 (aq) --------> CNO- (aq) + MnO2(s) in KOH
KCN + KMnO4 + H2O -> CNO- +MnO2 + KOH +H2O

KCN + KMnO4 + 2H2O -> CNO- +MnO2 + 2KOH +H2O
2 K 1, 2
1 C 1
1 N 1
1 Mn 1
5,6 O 5, 6
2,4 H 3, 4
