Hi, Since Friday evening, after using the internet fine all day. The message: The requested look up key was not found in any active activation context.meaning I cannot access Google, emails or the like! Please help

What triggers the error message?

I see lots of info on that message (http://www.google.com/search?source=ig&hl=en&rlz=&q=%22The+requested+look+up+key+was+not+found+in+an y+active+activation+context%22&btnG=Google+Search)... it seems the easiest fix is to switch to Firefox.

Thanks for that, but tried that one and won't let me download the message still comes up!
