my parents each have three sisters, and all eight of them are married. Each of the siblings have a number of children equal to the number of siblings they have, not including themselves, minus the numerical value of their own birth order, plus two. Each of the eight siblings' children each has as many children as their own number of siblings, including themselves, plus the numerical value if their own birth order, minus one.
"If I have eighteen nieces and nephews, which of my living female blood relatives themselves has the most living descendants?"

Is one of your grandmothers still living?
There's got to be a catch, because the number on the father's side, and mother's side would be equal...

Sam rolls 3 dice one at a time and places them in a row. How many outcomes in which all three dice have different numbers are possible?

If all of your information is complete and none of your 6 aunts has any grandkids then your mother has the most living descendants. She has 2, 3 or 4 children (we can't pin it down any more specifically since we don't know your mother's birth order relative to her 3 sisters) plus 18 grandkids (your 18 nieces and nephews.) Since you have these nieces and nephews we know that you're not an only child (so your mother is not the last born) so your mother has at least 2 children and at least 20 living descendants and possibly as many as 22 if she's the first born.
