I have tow felonies on my record and still want to enter the Marines. What chances do I have if I hire an attoney to expunge my record?

I have two felonies on my record and still want to enter the Marines. What chances do I have if I hire an attoney to expunge my record?I was accepted before by conviction.

Normally having them explunged will not help for getting into military service, BEcause of the national security issues of military, ( assuming military does a national security back ground search) they will show up even if explunged if done at a national security backgrouind level. They still also show up to police and any private employer that requires a national security background search.

Depending on what the felonies are, and if the sentence is over they may or may not take you.

It depends on what they were for . How long ago. Weither or not you did jail verses prison. And finally if all fines have been paid and if you are off probation and didn't get violated at any time
