I have a Bryant electric furnace and I'm trying to clean the filter. It says there is a permanent filer that needs to be cleaned regularly, but can't figure out where it is! Any help?

Look at the air handler in the return or at the return in the living area

Where is the filter is located,we never find where is located, I'm suffering for allergies due to filtyer has to be change.
