Initially,I was experiencing format error when I tried to open some files but I tried to format the player using windows, but I guess windows couldn't do it but messed it up because I started having disk error messages. Now, I can't even use the mp4player or look for a possible way to reformat it. I have even tried mp3 utilities disk tool but it didn't work.
The firmware version is 2007/02/14 9.1.51 7515_2.2TFT 2007/01/25
And it is a 60gb
