We just had a sun room addition to our house and the electrician wired in for a ceiling fan and light ( 2 switches). There are two lots of black and white wiring coming through the ceiling. How do I connect the ceiling fan/light to the wiring from the ceiling so the I can operate the light and the fun independently.

Guessing, I would say connect both whites together and to fan white, then 1 black is for fan, 1 is for light. You can verify by removing switches and verify both whites are tied
Together, the whites that go with the 2 blacks that are connected to each switch. Not The Constant Hot, which are both tied together.

You can go with Strat's guess, hook the fan's white to both whites, the black from the fan to one black, blue/red/striped from the fan to the other black.
But it wouldn't hurt to tell us exactly what wires you have FIRST, rather than just "lots".

I am assuming 1 Lot=3 conductors?

OH I misread. I just saw lots, not "two lots".
Our theory looks all the more sound.
