My hair was one brown so I dyed my hair black and it was the 28 wash kind. I am pretty sure I have washed it that many times. But, I was wanting to know can you dye it again with a perment color or would I have to wait till it all comes out?:eek:

You can use a permanent hair color over a semi-permanent hair color, however, a permanent color will make dark hair brassy. Keep in mind that color doesn't lift color. If you want to go lighter, you will need to use some kind of hair lightening product.
